The Maccabee Project required a high-converting, secure donation portal to support their fight against antisemitism. The strategic challenge was delivering a dynamic, enterprise-grade payment experience within a lightweight, static Bootstrap 5 prototype.

By architecting a serverless "Mapped Link" Strategy, I integrated custom frontend UX with HubSpot’s Commerce Hub, enabling recurring billing (One-Time vs. Monthly) without the cost of expensive enterprise middleware.

AI-Accelerated Problem Solving

Leveraging Google Gemini, I reduced development time for complex JS routing logic and data mapping by 60%. AI acted as a force multiplier, allowing for rapid troubleshooting of responsive CSS and standardized payment link creation.

The Solution: "The Mapped Link"

To meet the client’s budget and technical constraints, I designed a custom JavaScript routing layer that dynamically maps user selections to pre-configured HubSpot payment URLs.

  1. Dynamic Routing: Created a JS-based "traffic controller" that toggles between one-time and recurring gift links based on user input.
  2. Strategic Branding: Developed the "Ancient Earth and Light" visual identity, using Olive Green and Sandy Tan to evoke resilience and Judean landscapes.
  3. Information Architecture: Structured the site into conceptual "Rooms" (Proposal, Interview, Meeting, Art) to guide different stakeholder journeys.
